serves the needs of the regional Distance/e-Learning community by providing advocacy,
information, networking, and opportunity.
PADLA is the regional
chapter (Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey) of an established national
organization, dedicated to the free exchange of ideas and
information with other Distance/e-Learning professionals concerning the myriad
of issues and technological changes in the fields of
Distance/e-Learning

ABOUT THE USDLA
The United States
Distance Learning Association ( http://www.usdla.org/ ) is a non-profit
association formed in 1987. The Association's purpose is to promote the
development and application of Distance/e-Learning for training and education.
The constituents served include corporate, military, government, telemedicine,
Pre-K through Grade 12 education, higher education, home school education, and
continuing education. The association is now made up of over 2000 members from
chapters throughout the United States and has become the leading source of
information and recommendations for government agencies, Congress, industry, and
those entering into the development of distance/e-learning programs.
